Plans: tests in Anatomy and Physiology
A.M. Prayer: Monday we pray to Mano/Manni, god of the moon, and lighting a white candle (symbolic of the moon):
Greetings to you Mano/Manni, silver messenger on high, as you fly silently on your way reflect into our souls the glory of the High Ones that we might aspire to the realms of the gods. Bathe our world in soft brightness, and whisper to our souls of joyous realms beyond our knowing. Mano/Manni let us see the goodness within us and without us, all the nights and days of our lives. MANO/MANNI, HAIL!!
Rune Summons:
Born of Fire, born of ice,
Life is lived at such a price.
Holy Runes send my way
Advice on how to spend the day
Outcome: ROFLMAO…Yeah, I would say so; that is, in the form of Frau Holle shaking her blanket: http://www.bing.com/reference/semhtml/Holda?fwd=1&qpvt=frau+holle&src=abop&q=frau+holle and quite resembling of Frigga!
Before I had a chance to go out to shovel some snow my Audie went out to get the paper and took a little fall on the steps (glad it wasn’t like the fall/half gainer she took off the porch the day after Thanksgiving). She fell flat on her derriere and jammed her middle fingernail: my poor baby!
Six inches of snow this morning: shoveled snow before the crack-o-fucking dawn, classes not cancelled. Ya know, our first snowfall was 4” and the City was on lockdown. Today, with 6” of snow it seems that the City and Newman U have toughened up some: LOL…
Ah, my shoveling reward: hot tea and my last two Lamar’s Doughnuts!
Study: still not comfortable with it…
Second breakfast: I made some flapjacks and bacon. I put some bananas in between my flapjacks, Audie said YUCK! Sometimes I just don’t know about her…LOL!
A much-improved workout…
I think I did OKAY on the Anatomy exam; it’ll be one of those wait and see things. I may have to change my study methods a bit.
Well, well, well, the Physiology exam was a real eye-opener; I need to come up with another plan of attack for that class.
Ya know, I’m taking the night off from studying.
P.M. Prayer: Era/Eir:
Era/Eir, whose loving hands and sweet breath brings healing and health, PRAISE YOUR NAME AMONGST NORTH-FOLK! We thank you for your gentle caress, your soft ministrations and your care. When stress, strains, aches and pains plague is, you come with your lithe figure and flowing hair to ease our distress. Eir, goddess holy and wise, we honor you. HAIL ERA/EIR!!
P.M. Rune: none
