Plans: finish workbench, Hammerstorm Yule
Fruchtbarkeit, we pray to Fro/Freyr, and to Sibba/Sif, lighting green candles (for fertility):
Fro/Freyr, you are the god of “Ar”, the good harvest and prosperity: you are indeed the lusty enlarger of life. When the day to day wears us down, remind us of pleasures and joys. Help us recall the wonderful excesses that brought our lives into being and which sustain the human spirit during good times and bad. Without you, there would be no life and certainly little delight. Thank you, Fro/Freyr, for the rushing life spirit and the eternal play of passions that make our lives fruitful. We honor the Fro/Freyr that resides in us. FRO/FREYR, HAIL!!
Sibba/Sif, let us see you in all the growing things that sustain our lives. Help us look
beyond the packaging and promotion, to the richness of the Earth from which all bounty comes. When ordinary eyes see only corn, let us see your golden hair hid in its silk. When others see only bread, let us see the grain, beyond that, your smile and laughter. Feed our might and main, Holy Sibba/Sif, that we may do our work in the world. We honor the Sibba/Sif that resides in us. HAIL SIBBA/SIF!!

Advice on how to spend the day
emotional, spiritual), a Norn Rune, force friction, a stress indicator,
opportunity for change, urgency, a generating force for the greater good,
friction, transformation, resistance leading to strength, an evolutionary change toward a more holistic state, Fate.
Outcome: this is a stress Rune I don’t mind.
YES! Once again I my “Letter to the Editor” was published. First, you have to read this opinion (scroll to “Gift of Faith“):

Finished my workbench for the shed. It’s not the prettiest thing, but it certainly is functional. It felt pretty good after all the frustration to get what I wanted.

Meeka and I for a walk.
It’s always good to meet with my friends at Hammerstorm. Their Yule celebration continues to impress. Great friends and good food always makes a good Holiday event. Hammerstorm, as a group, has endured some really stressful, challenging times. It seems their growth, however, continues. They are in the process of coming out better on the other side. I am honored to have been a part of this for several years now; never a member (unfortunately), always a friend.
PM Prayer: Eger und Rahana/Aegir and Ran:
Eger und Rahana/Aegir and Ran, keeper of the deep hall at ocean’s bottom, host to the drowned and the sea lost. Your dwelling might be thought sad and gloomy, but you are known to be kind and hospitable ale givers. In your goodness then, cheer us when waves of misfortune pound our life’s fragile boats to the bottom. For even at the bottom, there is warmth, cheer and hope. Be our assurance and our inspiration to strive on despite the swells and swirls of fate. We honor the Aegir and Ran that resides in us.
HAIL AEGIR and RAN/EGER UND RHANA!!
