Plans: study, class
A.M. Prayer: Monday we pray to Mano/Manni, god of the moon, and lighting a white candle (symbolic of the moon):
Greetings to you Mano/Manni, silver messenger on high, as you fly silently on your way reflect into our souls the glory of the High Ones that we might aspire to the realms of the gods. Bathe our world in soft brightness, and whisper to our souls of joyous realms beyond our knowing. Mano/Manni let us see the goodness within us and without us, all the nights and days of our lives. MANO/MANNI, HAIL!!
Rune Summons:
Born of Fire, born of ice,
Life is lived at such a price.
Holy Runes send my way
Advice on how to spend the day
Outcome: This Rune used to scare the shit out of me, with the whole “sudden destruction before radical change” but with a more culturally correct viewpoint on it I am much more at ease with it.
It’s off to Lowe’s before the crack-o-fucking-dawn to fix the lamp on Audie’s side of the bed. I noticed the plug-in going bad last night and I purposed to do this first thing in the morning. First trip I got a rather fancy plug that just didn’t work. On the second trip I got an older style pug with which I was more familiar and it worked fine! The lesson: stick with what ya know!
Meeka on an early AM romp in Meeka Park!
It was a good day of studying
It was a good ay with Audie: Audie and I have some excellent potential
Both Anatomy and Physiology classes went very well
It has been a great day within the Sacred Enclosure of the All!
P.M. Prayer: Scata/Skahdi:
Scata/Skahdi, fleet on your skis and let me be the game you bag with you bow. Stun me with your grace and beauty, tuck me in the skin-sack at your side, and then take me to your home where wolves howl. There, teach me to know the pleasure of the hunt, the joy of exertion, and the crisp freedom of winter and wilderness. Brand my soul with wind-burn, so that even in the tedium of daily life, I will feel your warm breath, warm on my check, telling me to be strong, able and worthy of you. SCATA/SKAHDI, HAIL!!
P.M. Rune: none
Comments: cared for menagerie, Meeka inside
