HA-HA…in CNC Mills class a student who has been a programmer has quit programming and is now production like me. Now there are three student concentrating on production. The part for Spirit Aerospace that has been on hold has now become front and center, but with problems. Monday we’ll see of the problems can be worked out. In the mean time I can still work on the cube project as able.
I was disappointed in my Veterinary’s reaction yesterday to Helgi’s Mead. Thinking to myself, I deduced a comparison. If I were to introduce someone to beer I certainly wouldn’t do it with Guinness. I can imagine Helgi’s Mead is a bit stout for the un-meaded person. So, I opted to take in a bottle of Camelot Mead, what I call the Kool-Aid of meads. He and the receptionist liked it much better. The wife turned up her nose at it. Believe me, I judge a lot about a person by how they react to mead. I’m just saying…
OMGs! I almost forgot! IT’S TOBY’S 4TH BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I posted this on Facebook and he received plenty of well-wishes.

*Aldi, while at Aldi I noticed a checker with a triple moon necklace. I asked, “Are you Wiccan?” Seemingly stunned, she replied, “Why, yes, are you?” “At one time” I replied. I can’t believe I actually used the term “Norse Pagan” rather than Heathen but I figured it was term should would understand.

*Dillons petrol
The gods have given us exactly the kind of moisture we need. As I have noted several times, we have been in such a severe drought for the last several years. Today’s rain has been the slow, steady, all day, soak into the ground rain we need. The last thing we need is unbeneficial rain run-off. This is perfekt.
I tried a bit of porch time. Toby and I were fine. Essie was quick to let me know she doesn’t like rainy weather. Not that she was ever exposed to the rain as she was under the porch overhang, but it certainly didn’t take long for her to communicate, “Dad, I’m ready to go back inside, now. This sucks.”

Ya know, I may not have much of a social life, but I think I have a good life. Sure, the money isn’t there and right now that’s okay. As much as I’m glad the divorce is about to wrap up, I need time for me, now. I need time to explore. I need time to heal. It might sound kind of ridiculous coming from a 58 yr old man, but I think everyone comes to that point at one time or another. If this is Fate (Not) I’m happy (Wunjo) it.
