Plans: study, Anatomy class, Physiology class
NOTE: I think Audie came so close to having an episode at 7AM but there is evidence things are getting better when she’s like this. When she first woke up I tried to have a conversation with her but she was incoherent and that was the tip-off. Shortly after that she tried to pour herself a cup of hot coffee in her half-in-half-out state but I took the coffee away from her and told her to go onto the porch to wake up. Luckily (and here is the evidence of progress) she realized the need to go back to bed. I know the difference between her good sleep and her dangerous sleep: she’s in her good sleep right now.
A.M. Prayer: Monday we pray to Mano/Manni, god of the moon, and lighting a white candle (symbolic of the moon):
Greetings to you Mano/Manni, silver messenger on high, as you fly silently on your way reflect into our souls the glory of the High Ones that we might aspire to the realms of the gods. Bathe our world in soft brightness, and whisper to our souls of joyous realms beyond our knowing. Mano/Manni let us see the goodness within us and without us, all the nights and days of our lives. MANO/MANNI, HAIL!!

Advice on how to spend the day
Outcome: Laid-off Workers Center for a box of food…but I think it was a box left over from Thanksgiving. The guy at the truck noticed the box was bigger, questioned it and just reached in and gave it to me. It had a couple of instant mashed potatoes, a couple of stuffing, a couple of cake mixes along with the rest of the usual stuff. I think it was more for a family of 3 or 4 rather than 2.
Meeka for a walk
Audie is still asleep; thank the gods!
Finished the lab for Physiology and sent it in to the lab group.
Off to the Laid Off Workers Center for a box of food: that’s all now, no more financial assistance.
Eh, Anatomy class was Anatomy class
Once home I got on the computer to do my work search. Oh damn, wouldn’t ya know it, Audie’s parents are coming over and I just can’t tear myself away…
Eh, Physiology class was Physiology class…
Audie is certainly in a strange mood…
“The Mormons: part 1” on PBS http://www.pbs.org/mormons/: History today and the good stuff tomorrow.
P.M. Prayer: Eger und Rahana/Aegir and Ran:
Eger und Rahana/Aegir and Ran, keeper of the deep hall at ocean’s bottom, host to the drowned and the sea lost. Your dwelling might be thought sad and gloomy, but you are known to be kind and hospitable ale givers. In your goodness then, cheer us when waves of misfortune pound our life’s fragile boats to the bottom. For even at the bottom, there is warmth, cheer and hope. Be our assurance and our inspiration to strive on despite the swells and swirls of fate. HAIL AEGIR AND RAN/EGER UND RHANA!!
