Audie was obviously upset when I cane home.
I met my niece and her family in Cheney http://www.cheneyks.org/ for lunch with bowling and pizza. My nephew and his family were there, too. My sister-in-law and two of her brothers…great time! For the first time tears began flowing with the prospect of saying good-bye to them for a job.
Audie’s best friend came over for a while
Audie is across the street to wash “momma’s” hair.

It hasn’t been a bad day, but it hasn’t been a very good day. The job prospect has been on my mind all day. A few things bother me about it: (1) The rep said the job is 80% composite work and 20% sheet metal. My experience is 99% sheet metal and 1% composite. Another is the rush to get there. The other thing that I just cant get by is the temp-to-perm. The good things are the pay and the area. I dunno…I cannot deny that Audie’s lack of support is playing a part in this, too. All this may be too premature anyway. I need to have another conversation with the hiring agency for clarification. I
have yet to talk to the TAA people to see what I can do and what I cant do.
A good leader is not a dictator. A good leader accumulates all the information he/she has at his/her disposal to make the best decision he/she can with the information at hand.
