Outcome: First thing this morning we made a trip to the cake supply store.
At first I’ve been kind of put-off a bit trying to help Audie with her new
venture, but ya know, call it an investment into bigger and better things.
I entertained Audie and a neighbor with brunch!
I also made my own lunch casserole and have done a couple loads of dishes.
I’m doing everything I know how to do to take all the pressure/stress of Audie
so she can concentrate on making cakes this afternoon.
It actually was a pretty good night at work. Thunar rumbled gloriously!
Audie got quite a bit done, but a bit more to do tomorrow morning.
A very wise man once said, “There’s the way we’d like it, and there’s the way
it is.” As simple as that may sound it’s the hardest lesson to learn. Note to
self: Yep, shit happens; get over it!
